White Kadhi Rice

White Kadhi


Mix the following and keep on med heat, stir in between

2 cup Curd
1 cup Water
2 T Besan

Tempering

2T  Ghee
4     Garlic Cloves
1T  Cumin seeds
1t   Mustard seeds
1-2   Chopped Green chilli
1T  Pathar phool (aka Black Stone Flower)
4pc  Cloves
1 stick  Curry Leaves
1/2 cup  chopped Cilantro

Salt as needed

Serve with Steamed Rice
